About Estimated Arrival Dates

We ship orders within 24-72 hours. We understand that it is exciting to receive the order as fast as possible and we assure you that we do our best to not kill the fun. Sometimes an order may contain many items that may delay the order depending upon the availability. In that case, you may be asked for your choice to either wait for the order to complete and then ship or ship partial orders and the balance items as soon as they are ready. We will contact you by email or you may write to our Customer Support on cs@www.gipfelclimbing.com.

Estimated arrival dates for any order placed depends upon the location of the buyer. For most cities the delivery times vary from 3-7 days in economy mode and free shipping option.  We’ve adjusted these estimates to account for weekends but public holidays have not been accounted for.

Estimated arrival dates don’t apply to:

• Deliveries to North-Eastern India, rural areas and Andaman & Nicobar
• Deliveries made to international addresses
• Oversized items such as crash pads
• Items that are out of stock at the time of ordering

Packages Do Not Ship from Our Distribution Center on the Following Holidays:

• New Year’s Day
• 26th January
• 15th August
• Diwali and until two days later
• Holi
• 2nd October
• Eid

Priority Shipping

There are two shipping options for your order: Standard Shipping (free shipping offer) and Express Shipping.

• Standard Shipping time is approximately 3–7 business days via DTDC within India
• Express Shipping time is approximately 2-4 business days within India

We have free shipping on all orders using standard shipping method. We also understand that sometimes faster delivery is required. In that case, we are happy to offer you Express/Priority Shipping with shorter durations at an extra cost. We suggest that you place an order with our ‘Free shipping and handling’ but send us an email on shipping@www.gipfelclimbing.com immediately after placing your order and stating in emails’ subject – “PRIORITY SHIPPING, ORDER#_____’. We will then contact you with the extra cost of priority shipping. If you choose to accept those charges, we will then charge you the extra amount and ship your order immediately. Orders are processed instantaneously so we request you to send us your request without any delay.
